When you arrive, review the entry directory to see which floor your provider is on. There is a reception area on each level.

Why We’re Different
The individualized therapies, treatments, and protocols we recommend for you will not be dictated by your insurance company. Rather, you will receive the care you need based upon your symptoms, labs, testing, and a thorough assessment.
Important Info!!
As a new patient, two visits will need to be scheduled with your practitioner. The first visit is for us to get a VERY thorough history and background. The second visit is to review any testing we complete and to create your individualized treatment plan. There is no additional cost for the second visit – this is included in your initial consultation fee. Be sure to watch for a call from 952.208.7029 to get the second visit scheduled to avoid an extended wait time.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We are committed to providing our patients exceptional care and service. We hope our patients understand that our time, like yours, is extremely valuable and with too many cancellations, reschedules, and no shows, our business is unable to take care of all our patients promptly.
With this in mind, all cancellations and reschedules will need to be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel a Monday appointment, please call us at (952) 208-7029 by 3:00 PM on the Thursday before.
The fee schedule is as follows:
- Late Cancel/reschedule – $50
- No shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment or service.
As a courtesy, our scheduling system sends confirmation notifications at the time of booking and appointment reminders 24 hours before your appointment time. If you are not receiving these notifications, please let us know immediately. It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember their scheduled appointments.
