The InBody 380 analyzes your body composition in just 30 seconds and provides you with a comprehensive set of results that you can use to better understand your body and what it needs. It Reveals:
- Percentage and pounds of muscle mass
- Percentage and pounds of fat mass
- Extra/intracellular water which helps us to identify Inflammation that is present in the body
- Which areas of the body need more focus and attention during workouts
- Visceral fat level, which is a risk factor for diabetes, heart disease, and metabolic syndrome

By checking your Result Sheet printout or your InBody App data, you’ll be able to notice any changes in:
