To ensure you get the appointment times that work best for you, we kindly encourage you to schedule your visits well in advance. Waiting until the last minute may mean a longer wait to be seen, and we know how important timely care is to you. We appreciate your understanding and patience – it is our privilege to care for you!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Flourish Medical + Wellness is committed to providing our patients exceptional care and service. We hope our patients understand that our time, like yours, is extremely valuable and with too many cancellations, reschedules, and no shows, our business is unable to take care of all our patients promptly.
With this in mind, all cancellations and reschedules will need to be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel a Monday appointment, please call us at (952) 208-7029 by 3:00 PM on the Thursday before.
The fee schedule is as follows:
• Late Cancel/reschedule – $50
• No shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment or service.
As a courtesy, our scheduling system sends confirmation notifications at the time of booking and appointment reminders 24 hours before your appointment time. If you are not receiving these notifications, please let us know immediately. It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember their scheduled appointments.
