Total wellness encompasses much more than our physical health. As a practice that values optimal functioning for the whole person, we offer life coaching as a service to support the individual’s mind and spirit, as they work towards a healthier lifestyle. In this working relationship, our Life Coach will promote personal growth through the following:

Assessment will include discussion and use of questionnaires that help analyze your current situation, organize and clarify your personal goals, and identify any barriers to achieving them.

Action planning establishes specific tasks and strategies that foster self-discovery and growth on your journey to achieving goals.

Accountability is the key to moving past obstacles and making your goals a reality. This takes place through weekly homework, reviews of task implementation, and adjustments to goals in discussion with our Life Coach. Life coaching provides a safe and trustworthy relationship to gain perspective, learn new skills, and experience growth. While much of the work is structured and action-oriented, the process is encouraging, empathetic, non-judgmental, and supportive.
